Why the memorial starts with the cremation

An urn only means something if you're certain whose ashes are inside. That's why every keepsake we offer sits on top of individual cremation with a verified ID tag - read exactly how that works.

Memorial questions, answered.

Do I have to choose an urn straight away?

No. Ashes are returned in your included urn or scatter tube, and you can order keepsakes or a different urn months later. Many families do.

Can paw prints be taken if I choose communal cremation?

Yes - paw and nose prints are taken before cremation, so they're available with either service. Just ask at booking.

How do I know the ashes in the urn are my pet's?

A stainless ID tag assigned at collection is verified before and after cremation and sealed with the ashes. Our chain-of-care page explains every step.

Can you engrave a name after the urn has been returned?

Yes. Call us and we'll arrange pickup and re-delivery, or engraving at one of our partner workshops near you.
