How it works

Three steps. That's it.

Booking online with a cat nearby
STEP 1
Tell us where to come

Your suburb, your pet, when it works for you. Takes about a minute - online or by phone.

A gentle handover at the door
STEP 2
We'll collect, gently

A real person, not a courier, comes to your home or vet in an unmarked vehicle. We handle every step from there.

Pricing

Two options. No surprises.

The honest difference: with individual (private) cremation your pet is cremated alone and their ashes come home. With communal, several pets are cremated together and ashes aren't returned.

Chain of care

How do you know the ashes are your pet's?

It's the question everyone wants to ask. Your pet is given a unique ID tag at collection that stays with them through every step - transfer, cremation, and return. One pet, one chamber, always.

See the full chain of care →
1
ID tag at collection
A unique stainless tag is assigned in front of you or your vet.
2
Logged transfer
Every movement is recorded - you can ask where your pet is at any time.
3
One pet, one chamber
The tag is verified before and after cremation. Never combined.
4
Sealed and certified
Ashes are sealed with the tag and a signed certificate of cremation.
5
Hand-returned
Delivered by our team to your door or clinic - not a courier.
Working with your vet

Most families ask their vet first. That's the right instinct.

If your pet is at a clinic, we can collect directly from your vet - no extra steps for you. If your pet passed at home, we're happy to liaise with your vet on your behalf.

We partner with clinics across NSW, VIC and QLD, with clear collection schedules and a documented ash-return process.

Home collection vs vet collection
Home We come to you, usually same-day when you call before 4pm. Unmarked vehicle, a real person.
Vet Ask the clinic to hold your pet for Pet Farewell, or call us and we'll arrange it directly with them.
Either Ashes are hand-returned to your door or your clinic - your choice.
